You can open and work with this type of .2d files only using VersaCAD.

File extension 2D has been also used in old 3D modeling program called Amapi 3D. It looks like .2d files were some sort of drawings, unfortunately we couldn't rely verify this.
It seems that XnView still supports this format and can view it.
Perhaps it is possible to convert this type of 2D files to other graphics format with XnView.
