The CCCRRRPPP file extension seems to be related to a new version ransomware labeled as Unlock92 that is distributed via e-mails, encrypts users files and them demands ransom in bitcoins / cash for their recovery.
Luckily, it was probably done by amateur and thus decrypt exists.
There doesn't seemt to exist a decryptor for this ransomware at this time.
The only way to convert the original data would be to decrypt the files first.
