Find a software converter able to convert bm3 files to vcard files.
BM3 files originate from Sony Ericsson phones, so it is likely that you can export contacts to at least CSV format using the Sony Ericsson PC Suite or through some contact synchronization service.
When you have a CSV file you can simply convert it to a vCard format using any of the available csv to vcf converters.
