Find a software converter able to convert crypt5 files to docx files.
You can perhaps still recover old .crypt5 files from WhatsApp and export the chat history as MS Word document (.doc, .docx) document, if the latest version of WhatCrypt Tools still support it.
Current version of WhatsApp used CRYPT 12 files, so this conversion is more or less obsolete unless you have found WhatsApp backups that are 5+ years old. Nevertheless crypt5 to docx conversion or export should be possible.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.

CRYPT5
A crypt5 file extension is related to the WhatsApp instant messenger and used for its encrypted message database backup files.
DOCX
Files with docx extension are documents written and saved using Microsoft Word word processor edition 2007 or later. DOCX format replaced the previously used DOC format, moving from binary files to Open XML schema-based documents. They are supported in almost every modern word-processing tools.
