Find a software converter able to convert cvs files to ofx files.

However, it may be that you were in fact looking for a way to export files in comma separated value format (.csv) to bank files in Open Financial Exchange format (.ofx) for use in some accounting software that lacks support for CSV format. A cvs file extension is related to the CVS and VMS sound (continuous variable slope).
Files with cvs extension might also be very old graphics files from Canvas 3/3.5 and Artworks software.
OFX
Files with ofx extension are generally financial data files in Open Finance Exchange format. Used in many programs.
An ofx file extension is related to the fax image format. Probably obsolete format.
