Find a software converter able to convert db.crypt8 files to text files.
You can get a HTML file from a CRYPT8 archive using a crypt8 to html conversion, so naturally it should be easy enough to get it as a plain text file using html to txt converters should you wish it. This variant of db.crypt8 conversion was used on old Windows Phone devices.
