Find a software converter able to convert dbr files to ixl files.
You probably cannot convert .dbr databases from DB/TextWorks to .ixl files also used by the same program. However it may be possible to generate .ixl index from .dbr databases using some of the function in the program. Otherwise dbr to ixl conversion seems unlikely.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.
