eDrawings (.edrw) are created for publishing and sharing purposes by SolidWorks users and typically they cannot be exported to any other CAD format. If you need to export your SolidWorks files, you need to use the source (.sldprt, .sldasm etc.) in order to save it in IGES format. This only export the geometry though, if you want to export whole 3D model you have to pick another format.
