Software that can be used for conversion of edrw file type to jpeg format.
eDrawings files from SolidWorks cannot be simply converted to other CAD formats or simple pictures. However as it is possible to convert EDRW to PDF, you could then convert PDF to JPG should you need it. But this conversion is probably highly unusual.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.

Files with edrw extension are so called eDrawings, publish only exports of technical drawings or models prepared using SolidWorks 3D CAD/CAM software.
JPEG
Files with jpeg extension can be commonly found as images in JPEG bitmap image format.
