Find a software converter able to convert eps files to jef files.
Some embroidery programs supports EPS format, but not all of them may also support Janome format (JEF) at the same time.
Illustrator Extreme is one of the programs that supports EPS, but only exports to Tajima formats (DST). Once you have a .dst file, you can convert it to .jef with any of the available dst to jef converters.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.

EPS
Files with eps extension are almost always images exported to the special Adobe Encapsulated PostScipt graphics file format.
JEF
Files with jef extension are used for the default embroidery file format in Janome sewing and stitching machines. It is one of the many industrial embroidery formats and widely supported by other software, such as Embird.
