Possible software with support for converting of fh files to ai file format.
Conversion of older FreeHand graphics (.fh) to Illustrator graphics (.ai) is not that easy, as you probably won't find a converter that can directly convert .fh files as .ai files, which is what fh to ai conversion typically represent. Latest versions of Illustrator do not accept FreeHand graphics natively.
Some users had moderate success when using older versions of Illustrator and FreeHand in a virtual machine and exporting the graphics between the programs, but that may lead to some data loss and graphics effect exclusive to FreeHand may not be converted successfully.
There also seems to exist something like Tensai plugin for Illustrator that may potentially allow users to transfer FreeHand graphics to Illustrator.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.
