Software that can be used for conversion of fpx file type to xbm format.
The only fpx to xbm conversion that seems to be - at least theoretically - possible is the conversion of FPX (Kodak FlashPiX bitmap image) to XBM (X Windows system bitmap image). Probably the easiest way would be to use some common graphics format in the middle-step. PNG or JPG is a good choice for this.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.

FPX
Files with fpx extension can be often found as special bitmap images (photographs) saved in the Kodak FlashPiX format captured by Kodak digital cameras.

XBM
Teh xbm file extension is related to the X Windows system bitmap image format an ASCII text monochrome image format, for storing cursor and icon bitmaps used in the X GUI.
