Find a software converter able to convert gslides files to ppt files.
There is no way how you could convert an actual Google Docs .glisdes files to a PowerPoint .ppt file, which is what gslides to ppt conversion represents.
This is because .gslides files are just links to the actual presentation stored on Google Docs, not the presentation itself. You will need to open the link and Google Docs and from there download manually the presentation to your hard drive.
