Check out some options how hdz files might be converted to ltz format.
Both the .hdz and .ltz files are used by Poser 3D modeling software. It is not clear whenever both of these files can be converted from one to another and vice verse, however it seems to be unlikely. At best, you could apply data / settings from one file to another when you create or edit a model.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.

An hdz file extension is related to the Amiga hard disk image file format.
LTZ
An ltz file extension is related to the Poser, a 3D figure animation software. An ltz file stores compressed light set.
