What is the best converter used for converting hst format to xls file format.
It probably is not possible to convert .hst files from MetaTrader to Excel spreadsheet directly. However, you may be able to export .hst files to CSV format using MetaTrader and then import .csv files to Excel which can save the data as XLS spreadsheet and thus achieve hst to xls conversion.
