The only way to work with .imoviemobile files would be to open them using the original iMovie program. Once done, you should be able to export the project and save it to any of the available formats, perhaps including some of the MPEG based formats (like .mts files). If that format is not supported for you, you will have to use some video converter to get your MTS files from the video you have got.
