Find a software converter able to convert .indd InDesign documents to .ai Adobe Illustrator file format.
Adobe InDesign has limited support for other formats and cannot export to Adobe Illustrator AI format. Most users export indd to pdf which InDesign supports and then import that file to Adobe Illustrator.
Of course the quality drop will be noticeable, especially with more complex documents, but it's better than nothing. As far as we know, there does not exist any 3rd party software capable of direct indd to ai conversion.
