Find a software converter able to convert laccdb files to xls files.
You cannot convert .laccdb files to .xls spreadsheets, or anything else for that matter. These .laccdb files are lock files, generated to prevent users for altering already opened database. It is a safety mechanism of sort and generated only for temporary purposes.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.

Files with laccdb extension are temporary lock files that are generated when Microsoft Access .accdb file is opened.
XLS
Files with xls extension are best known as spreadsheets from Microsoft Excel. A spreadsheet is basically a grid of cells sorted in rows and columns. Each cell can contain text, numeric or formula data. Excel XLS spreadsheets can be opened in most other similar programs, such as OpenOffice.org Calc.
