Find a software converter able to convert msg files to pages files.
Pages, much like most default OS X apps, do not support import of opening of .msg files produced by Outlook. You would have to either first convert your .msg files to something useable in Pages, like just some sort of text format, or you would have to copy + paste the text manually. For this you will need app that can at least view .msg files. Some apps for this can be found on app store.
Alternative would be to use some of the online conversion services like ZAMZAR, that should support msg to pages conversion.
