Find a software converter able to convert oxps files to html files.
OXPS documents can be created in Windows 8/10 as an export/or print via XPS virtual printer. Your best shot for oxps to html conversion is to first convert oxps to xps, which is a little more supported format. Once you have the .xps file, you need to use of the XPS conversion tools to try to export it as HTML files with which could work. Sometimes you would need to convert xps to pdf first before finally converting it to the format you need.

OXPS
Files with oxps file extension are documents created in Windows 8/10/11 using the latest version of the Open XML Paper Specification. You can easily view *.oxps files using the pre-installed Windows XPS viewer, but only in the latest versions of Windows. For older versions of Windows, you will need to convert oxps to xps.

Files with html file extension are web pages and documents written in the most common scripting language for internet - the Hypertext Markup Language.
