You can send your .pdf documents to OneNote and save them as .one files simply and quickly with both Adobe Reader and OneNote installed on same computer.
Step 1
Open your .pdf file using Adobe Reader and go to File ► Print function.
Step 2
A well known print window will appear where you can change the printer. If you have OneNote properly installed on your computer a "Send to OneNote" option will be listed under possible printers along with any other physical and virtual printers.
Step 3
Select the "Send to OneNote" option and adjust any printing settings you need, such as orientation, which pages to print etc. and with the Print button send your PDF document to OneNote.
