What is the best converter used for converting pdf format to pmd file format.
Old Adobe PageMaker unfortunately does not support import of PDF files by default. However, you can download a special plugin - PDF Import Filter 1.0 - from Adobe website that will allow you to import single pages from PDFs to Adobe PageMaker. Should work with version 6.5.
Without the PageMaker it will be very hard, if not impossible to reliably produce a .pmd document and it is highly unlikely that some pdf to pmd converter even exists.
