What is the best converter used for converting pho format to gerber file format.
Both PHO and GERBER files contains PCB (printed circuit board) designs, so it is likely they could be somewhat converted between each other. Maybe a two step conversion with the use of some common exchange or industry standard format could help, but right now we do not know about any converter capable of pho to gerber conversion.
