png to midi conversion is generally not possible, as PNG images cannot be converted to MIDI music. However, some users may be trying to convert scanned music scores to MIDI music, which is doable.
This is probably very complicated procedure and would require OMR software with capability to recognize music scores. You can find both commercial and free OMR solutions, some good apps can be also found on GitHub.
