There is most likely no direct way how Adobe Photoshop graphics (.psd) can be converted to Cascading Style Sheets (.css) via some dedicated conversion utility.

However, there is a way to convert Photoshop graphics to CSS. PSD file can be used as "template" for an experienced web designer to create a similar or same looking CSS style, and even some of the graphics from .psd file can be used as objects in the style. It's actually one of the most used ways for creating CSS that looks exactly like the graphics designed in Photoshop. Plenty of tutorials exist for this on internet, just google for psd to css tutorials.

Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.
