Possible software with support for converting of rargb files to mkv file format.
It is likely that your .rargb file is already an MKV file (or some other multimedia format) and you just have known file extensions hidden in your system.
If you want to see the extensions, check one of our articles that deals with this topic: How to show extensions in Windows, which should help you to reverse the situation and see your extensions.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.

RARGB
Files with rargb suffix are usually movies downloaded from P2P networks (torrents). RARGB is not actually extension, but part of the file name to label the group.
MKV
Files with mkv extension are videos in the open source Matroska Multimedia Container format. You can open it and play it with pretty much every multimedia player.
