You can use the SBU extractor software and extract the contents of a Samsung .sbu backup. You can find contacts there which are saved in vCard format, which usually has vcf file extension. Should you really need it, you can always rename the suffix from vcf to vcard.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.
