Software that can be used for conversion of stf file type to ppd format.
Although both .stf and .ppd files are used by PhotoImpression graphics editor, it does not seem likely that you can convert one to another. A .stf file is a thumbnail cache that is generated to speedup loading of the previews, it cannot be imported to existing project (.ppd) nor be used for making a new one.
