Software that can be used for conversion of themepack file type to accountpicture-ms format.
Although both the .themepack and .accountpicture-ms files are used in Microsoft Windows, you cannot convert one to another.
At best, you could extract the picture from one of your themes and use it for your account picture (you can change it in control panels), but a conversion is simply impossible.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.
This conversion entry was verified by us and conversion from themepack to accountpicture-ms was flagged as wrong or not possible.
Usually this happens when the conversion would try to convert different types of data between each other, such as audio to image, or it can't be done because incompatibility between programs, caused by closed file formats, very limited support or by other problems.

THEMEPACK
A themepack file extension is used for desktop customization themes in Windows 7 operating system. Themes can be downloaded from Microsoft library and installed through the Personalization Control panel. Current user's custom desktop themes can also be saved and exported in the THEMEPACK format.
ACCOUNTPICTURE-MS
Files with accountpicture-ms file extension are avatars or account pictures used in Microsoft Windows user profiles.
