Check out some options how usx files might be converted to ut2 format.
It does not seem possible to directly convert Unreal .usx (meshes) files to .ut2 (map) files. However, using the UnrealEd map editor you may be able to use graphics elements when designing new maps. Seems like the only way how to achieve usx to ut2 conversion, although it appears to be more of a workflow.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.

USX
Files with usx suffix can be usually encountered as graphics elements from Unreal 3D game engine.
UT2
Files with ut2 suffix are almost always encountered as maps from Unreal Tournament 2003/2004 computer game.
