There is no way how you can convert World of Tanks replays (.wotreplay) to some common movie format like AVI, because replay does not contain any video data.
The only way you might be able to achieve wotreplay to avi conversion, would be to play (view) the replay in World of Tanks and use some screen recording software (FRAPS, Camptasia) to save it as video.
