Corel Quattro Pro supposedly support several older spreadsheets formats, including WQ1 (Quattro Pro for DOS) or WKS (Lotus 1-2-3) and thus should be able theoretically re-save one to another. However saving to WKS format would not make much sense nowadays and you would be better off with some common spreadsheet format like XLS from MS Excel.
