Check out some options how xml files might be converted to vcf format.

xml to vcf conversion seems to be used in scenarios in which some user wants to transform contacts saved as XML files to VCF (vCard) format.

You can find tools that can read contacts from XML format and parse them to CSV format, essentially perform a xml to csv conversion. Once you have a .csv file with your contacts, you can use some of the csv to vcf converters to get your vCard file. This of course only works for valid contact sources.

Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.
