Encrypted file by Cryptowall ransomware
File type: Ransomware encrypted file
A cryptowall file is encrypted by the ransom ware. You cannot simply open it, and without the encryption key it is not really possible.
File type category:
Ransomware encrypted file

CRYPTOWALL is a malware ransomware program that locks and encrypts users sensitive files like documents or archives and demands ransom in Bitcoin (hence ransomware) for their decryption.
If you are attempting to open such files, you will fail, because there is really no way how to break the encryption unless you get the right code.
The only way for you would be to recover your previous backups (You did backup right?), because without backups or paying the ransoms your files are lost.
There is no way how to open *.cryptowall files.
Probably cannot be converted to anything else.
