File extension cv was also used in old Corel Versions software for its default archive file. Part of earlier versions of Corel Draw. It appears to be no longer available.
Note: CV is a common abbreviation for curriculum vitae. These files are usually documents made in standard programs, such as MS Word (.doc, docxdocx).
Possibly can only be accessed in the original program.
Unfortunately, we do not know about any possible conversions for .cv files at this time.

File extension cv has been also used in CodeView, a standalone debugger created by David Norris at Microsoft in 1985 as part of its development toolset.
It originally shipped with Microsoft C 4.0 and later. It also shipped with Visual Basic for MS-DOS, Microsoft Basic PDS, and a number of other Microsoft language products. It was one of the first debuggers on the MS-DOS platform that was full-screen oriented, rather than line oriented
Perhaps only accessible in the original CodeView.
It is unlikely that these .cv files may be converted to anything else.
