File extension encr is also related to a Czecho-Slovak ransomware known as FileLocker which appeared first in late February 2017.
Much like other similar ransomware, it encrypts and renames user files and demands ransom for the decryption key (0.8 BTC).
As far as we know, no decryptor for .encr files exist at the moment.
The affected files can be converted only once they have been successfully decrypted back to the original.
