Customized Ribbon menu as well as Quick Access Toolbar have own exportedui file. It is recommended to call .exportedui files with name of the Office application including for which settings (Ribbon, Quick Access) are exportedUI files exported.
Go to the Options menu of Office application and select Customize Ribbon or Quick Access Toolbar category, click Import/Button to import or export Microsoft Office import customization file.
Microsoft Office import customization files are stored in simple text file format and they are viewable in any text editors such as Windows Notepad, Notepad++, TextEdit, gedit etc.
To export/import Microsoft Office import customization file go to the File tab, select Options menu → select Customize Ribbon or Quick Access Toolbar category → click the Import/Export button → choose Export or Import all customizations.
