Files with fcf extension are screenwriting documents saved in the conversion/exchange version of format used in old versions of Final Draft professional screenwriting software.

File extension fcf was used in older version Final Draft screen writing software to act as exchange format between different versions of FD as well as alternative tools, such as Scrivener.
It was probably most used during 2009 when Final Draft 8 was released and replaced the FDR files with never fdx files.
Many screenwriting tools can still import .fcd files.
Once imported, the scripts can be exported to any of the available formats.
