File extension gcode is mainly related to G-Code, one of the most widely used programming language for numerical control (NC).
The typical gcode file represents the default source code format used by G-Code.
You can view these files using any text editor, however it is best to use proper viewer.
There is no way how to convert .gcode source codes to other formats, unless some parser supports this source code format. Unfortunately, we do not know about any.
