Files with the .glh file extension are temporary files created by Wise Installer while it works with installation packages.
They are not intended as user documents. An old .glh file can generally be deleted safely when Wise Installer is not running.

.glh files were used by Wise Installer, a Windows application installation-package creator originally developed by Wise Solutions. Wise Solutions was acquired by Altiris, Inc., which was later acquired by Symantec.
The files stored temporary working data used by the installer software rather than a complete installation package. They could remain on the computer after the related operation finished, which is why obsolete .glh files may be found as leftover temporary files.
The .glh format is obsolete and is not expected to be used by current installation software.
A .glh file is normally accessed only by Wise Installer and is not meant to be opened directly. If the file is left over from an old operation, it can generally be deleted after confirming that no Wise Installer process is still running.
Because a .glh file contains temporary Wise Installer data, it has no useful conversion or export path. It should be retained only if the related Wise Installer operation still needs it; otherwise, it can be deleted.
