A gsrt file is normally used by a compatible Grandstream IP phone rather than opened by a desktop media player. Upload the file through the phone's administration interface if the phone supports the format.
General-purpose audio converters may not preserve the Grandstream-specific ringtone format. Use the file with a compatible Grandstream phone or prepare a ringtone in a format supported by that phone.
