The hnc file extension seems to have been primarily related to some old software called NoteCenter by Domas Savickas.
It looks like the hnc files were some sort of notes used by the program. As it is no longer available and/or supported it is not possible to determine the exact nature of this file type.
The hnc extension was also used in very old CNC Program File Heidenhain Dialog.
Use NoteCenter to work with *.hnc files.
Probably can be exported to other formats.
