This is a format for storing bitmaps that was developed in conjunction with a number of video capture and graphics adapter boards for the PC and Macintosh. The format has thus become popular in the world of still-video editing. The format was revised in 1989 to add support for new capabilities (thus there are "original" and "new" TGA formats). Fortunately, the "new" format is a superset of the "original", and many applications, even those designed around the "original" format, can read both types of files. TGA files can contain monochrome images, color images with a palette, and 16-bit, 24-bit and 32-bit TrueColor images. 16-bit images, are usually the most commonly encountered. TGA files can be uncompressed, or compressed using a Run-length compression scheme. The "new" TARGA format also can store additional information, including information about when/how the file was created, application specific data, and a thumbnail version of the main image known as a "Postage-stamp image".Associated applications to file extension ICB:

Adobe Creative Suite is a collection of graphic design, video editing, and web development applications made by Adobe Systems. The latest version, Adobe Creative Suite 3 (CS3), was announced on March 27, 2007; it introduced Universal binaries for all major programs for the Apple Macintosh.
Adobe sells CS3 applications in six different combinations called "editions." Some editions began shipping on April 16, 2007, and Production Premium and Master Collection editions began shipping on July 2, 2007.
CS3 includes several programs, including Dreamweaver, Flash, and Fireworks that were developed by Macromedia, a former rival acquired by Adobe in 2005.
An extra DVD is supplied with Arabic, Hebrew and North African versions of Adobe CS3 in Central European and Middle Eastern versions for language support. For example, these versions handle bi-directional text flow for easy usage in accordance to keyboard language, advanced text settings, right-to-left layout, import and export options for Middle Eastern characters, and spell checker for Middle Eastern languages. These versions are only available from WinSoft, Adobe’s internationalization and localization partner.
