Delphi is Embarcadero's development environment for Microsoft Windows. The file is part of the environment's internal working data rather than a source file, project file, or interchange format. It can be recreated by Delphi when required.
An .identcache file is intended for use by Delphi, not for manual opening. On Microsoft Windows, leave the file in place for the Delphi development environment to use.
It does not normally need to be opened or edited by the user.
An .identcache file cannot be meaningfully converted because it is a temporary internal cache, not a document or interchange format.
If the cache is no longer needed, close Delphi and remove the file. Delphi can recreate the cache when necessary.
