The j_t file extension seems to be related and used for one of the default suffixes for JT Open CAD specification for saving 3D model data. Used between versions 6.4 to 9.4.
Any program with support od JT Open CAD format should be able to import *.j_t files.
A conversion to other CAD format is likely.
