The mno file extension is associated with some web designing software like Dreamweaver (sometimes known as UltraDev). It often goes after the existing extension of .html, in effect creating a double extension of filename.html.mno.
When a page with a recordset is created by some web design software, an mno file is created in the site's _notes folder.
The mno file contains design notes. This folder is not visible in the site manager, but it can be viewed using your systems file management tool.
The mno file contains XML information that Dreamweaver uses to gain information about recordsets on the page.
The XML file defines the name and data type of the recordset columns. Dreamweaver needs this file to properly populate the data bindings panel in the design environment.
Use Adobe Dreamweaver to work with *.mno files.
There is no way how to convert *.mno files to other formats.
