Files with pw suffix may be found as databases from Pointwise mesh and grid generation software.
Found 2 different file type records with the same pw filename suffix.

File extension pw is most likely best know for its use in Pointwise mesh generation software. It appears that .pw files from Pointwise are used for some some kind of database.
As far as we know, this particular .pw file type can only be used in Pointwise.
Unfortunately, we do not know about any possible conversion for this type of .pw files at this time.

File extension pw has been in the past also used for documents saved in several programs, including Pathetic Writer and Professional Write. Most likely a plain TXT or RTF format.
You can always try to open / import the files in some modern word processor, unfortunarely most do not explicitly support .pw files.
Perhaps some sort of export was doable in the original programs.
