StuffIt Viewer file
File type: Various data file
A SITV file is a file associated with the legacy StuffIt Viewer application.
File type category:
Various data file
Date updated: September 27, 2026
The SITV file extension was used by the old StuffIt Viewer program, which was part of the StuffIt software family.
StuffIt Viewer and the SITV format are obsolete. The format appears to have been superseded and is not commonly supported by current software.
Open a SITV file with the original StuffIt Viewer application, if it is still available for the platform on which the file was created. Current general-purpose applications may not recognize this obsolete format.
If the file opens in StuffIt Viewer, use any export or save options provided by that application; otherwise, conversion may not be possible.
