Files with theworldisyours suffix are encrypted files that had their suffix renamed by the one of the variant of Samas/SamSam ransomware.

File extension theworldisyours is used by some of the later variants of Samas/SamSam ransomware which first appeared in late December 2016.
It also drops a ransomware note called CHECK-IT-HELP-FILES.html in affected folders.
Unfortunately, we do not know about any way how to access these files, a proper decryptor utility is required.
You can convert the the files only once you have decrypted them.
