File extension ui is commonly used for files that contain saved custom user interface settings. Mostly plain text or XML files. Used to customize the look of programs, sometimes includes whole skins and themes.
Most of these files are XML based, thus can be viewed or edited using any text editor.
It is highly unlikely that you can convert .ui files to anything else.
